You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Cleveland Heights, Ohio to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or claim relating to the use of the Site or services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting REOP. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Cleveland Heights/Ohio, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REOP with respect to the use of the Site and services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
